Each of the products listed here is ready-to-ship and can be in the mail to you within days. Shipping costs are as follows:

$10 flat rate* for orders up to $49.99. If shipping is less than $10, you will be refunded the difference.

Free* shipping over $50.

For books marked "HEAVY", there will be a small upcharge to accommodate the difference in shipping cost due to the weight and/or oversize of the book. For orders up to $49.99, this will be added to the $10 shipping charge. For orders over $50, this will be the only shipping charge. Every effort will be made to ship items in the quickest and most inexpensive way possible.
